About the Role:
UFC GYM Largo is looking for a passionate and driven Fitness Director to lead our team and elevate the member experience at our Largo, FL location. Responsibilities:
- Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing personal training and fitness staff
- Drive personal training revenue through sales strategy, goal-setting, and team accountability
- Oversee fitness floor operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and motivating environment
- Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized training programs for members
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics including PT sessions, revenue, and retention
- Deliver ongoing coaching, training, and performance reviews for fitness team members
- Collaborate with gym management to execute member engagement and retention initiatives
Requirements:
- Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, or equivalent)
- 2+ years of experience in personal training with a proven sales track record
- 1+ years of fitness management or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of strength training, functional fitness, and MMA-inspired programming
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- CPR/AED certification required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
